With young developer and outreach programs, Dynamic Network Services is the stepping stone of your dreams. We work closely with local and regional schools and institutions to help train and encourage the most brilliant minds in engineering, networking and development. In 2007 alone, we have welcomed four interns on board. In 2006, the year we made it to the statewide “best companies to work for” list, five new hires joined our team.

Our solid structure and steady growth also allow us to consider our trainees for full time, salaried employment opportunities. We strongly believe all internships should have a goal, whether a diploma or employment, and will work with each of our trainees to help them find the best and most beneficial arrangement.

You can push the walls

We strongly believe in continued self-improvement and know it is our duty as a responsible company to provide our staff with the tools they need to make this a reality in their life. After only three months of employment, employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement of up to $4000 a year for qualifying courses and satisfactory class performance.

A worried mind does no good work. This is why we provide our staff with sound and complete insurance coverage, starting with medical insurance covering themselves but also their spouses or partners and any dependents, at no cost. After the introductory period, employees are also eligible for Dental insurance, on the same terms. After six months, staff is eligible to participate in our 401K plan, featuring a diverse collection of funds. Contributions made to the plan are matched dollar for dollar up to four percent of an employee’s salary. After three months of employment, an employee is eligible for a short and long term disability insurance, with a life insurance component.

Current Benefits

We like to spoil our employees so they spoil us with their great work. The current list:

  • Medical Insurance - At the time of hire, an employee is eligible for medical insurance, currently offered through Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. This coverage includes the employee, spouse/partner, and any dependents. This coverage is provided at no cost to the employee.
  • Dental Insurance - After an employee’s introductory period, the employee is eligible for Delta Dental Delta Premier. This coverage includes the employee, spouse/partner, and dependents. This coverage is provided at no cost to the employee.
  • 401K Plan - After six months of employment, an employee is eligible to participate in the company’s 401k plan. The plan features a diverse collection of funds. Contributions made to the plan are matched dollar for dollar up to four percent of an employee’s salary.

  • Flexible Time - We ask that employees put in a full day and arrive by 10 a.m. each morning, unless otherwise directed by their supervisor.
